Job Summary:
As a National Facilities Technology Engineer, you will be part of a successful and growing organization and work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment. The position is responsible for complete on-site remote facility stand-up consisting of furniture installation, signage, network connectivity, desktop equipment installation / activation, building relationships with branch managers and branch personnel, managing on-site vendors and sub-contractors. This position is technical and operational in nature, and requires quality assurance for every aspect of the workflow. The candidate is expected to meet or exceed all service levels specifically on-time delivery for branch stand-ups.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Responsible for complete on-site remote facility stand-up
  • Coordination and facilitation of furniture installation
  • Coordination and facilitation of signage installation
  • Coordination and facilitation of network / internet connectivity
  • Installation of all desktop equipment including printers, MFPs
  • Provide appropriate technical / Facilities support to branch personnel
  • Delivery of management reporting consisting of daily status / progress reporting
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • 3-5 years experience with Technology Engineer
  • Desktop technician proficiency
  • Basic network administration proficiency
  • Experience managing escalations
  • Ability to coordinate / manage multiple relocation activities simultaneously
  • Experience managing escalations with minimal management intervention required
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, project management and organizational skills
  • High integrity and strong business ethics
  • Customer facing, communication is key
  • Ability to manage multiple relocation activities simultaneously
  • Must be able to travel at least 75% (heavy overnight travel)
