  • Experience supporting / deploying software
  • Advanced experience with SCCM
  • Experience upgrading Adobe Creative Suite Software (around 200-300 users)
  • Experience with software upgrades (Adobe 2017 to Adobe 2021)
  • Experience with PLM – organization impacting 300 users (roll outs)
  • Environment - Windows 2007 & Mac (more Windows based)
  • SCCM (most important), DTT, Adobe Creative Cloud, packaging & deployment
  • Status - already packaged the PLM software, this person will mostly be deploying the PLM software to the end-user community
  • Experience working in a corporate setting – employee/ user interactions
