Seeking a talented Paid Social Media Manager to create, optimize and deploy paid social media campaigns in support of our trade programs. The successful candidate will have extensive experience running paid social media marketing campaigns and possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize as well as a passion for testing, learning and making data-driven decisions. The Paid Social Media Manager will work with key social platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and LinkedIn and should have a familiarity with respective marketing interfaces for each platform.
The Paid Social Media Manager will also be responsible for identifying new opportunities and creating and executing new programs in the paid social space that are informed by strategic testing and data-driven decision-making to determine areas for scaling social marketing efforts across and within trade programs.

• Monitor daily paid social campaigns to ensure that daily/weekly/monthly goals and revenue targets are being met; provide regular reports to management regarding goal metrics
• Manage agency partners in specific paid social media channels
• Define and execute a paid and unpaid social strategy that increases engagement and meets revenue goals
• Research and analyze KPIs measuring effectiveness of paid social media campaigns
• Conceptualize and execute tests around all areas of paid social programming, including but not limited to: targeting, visual creative, text, destination, and more to improve reach and efficiency
• Contribute to the concepts and creation of powerful landing pages for social campaigns
• Build effective relationships with impactful social media influencers with regard to co-marketing and placement opportunities
• Assist in creating impactful headlines, body copy and other creative elements to achieve superior user experience, engagement, and ROAS in all social channels

• 3-5 years of experience working full-time on paid social marketing programs
• Deep familiarity with the paid and unpaid social media marketing landscape and analytics tools
• Experience running many simultaneous tests in multiple channels/areas
• Expertise converting traffic into registered users/leads and users to revenue
• A data-driven mindset and the ability to create, analyze, and recommend from KPIs as well as generate reports for the executive level
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
