My direct client in DC is looking for a Sr. CRM Specialist for their exciting new team supporting the larger business!

The Senior CRM Specialist will be responsible for architecting, implementing and supporting the Enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform in support of the university's various business needs. The CRM products supported by this position are based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM which is extended using Web APIs, JavaScript, Envision, and .NET programming languages. This position is responsible for providing technical support and expertise to CRM system users and administrators across campus. The position will also perform technical troubleshooting, integrating existing systems and services into the CRM architecture, providing support for upgrades, data migrations, trouble shooting performance and product related issues.

Job Duties
  • The Senior CRM Specialist will be responsible for architecting, implementing and supporting the Enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform in support of the university's various business needs.
Required Skills

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience/training.
  • Hands-on configuration experience
  • Higher Education experience
  • .NET or Java
  • Good communication, understands the business side (not a heads down developer)
Desired Skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM products or other enterprise CRM product
  • Experience with higher education processes
  • Experience with Colleague Envision programing
  • Ability to follow SDLC and iterative processes, change control
  • Experience developing web applications using the Microsoft technology stack (IIS, C#, .Net, TFS, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, XML, etc.)
  • Ability to lead negotiations with business partners and vendors and strong customer facing skills
