 The Generalist position is an entry level position designed to allow individuals the opportunity to learn business processes with a general focus on Verification processes. The position requires individuals to focus on operational support processes including, but not limited to:
• Entering in data from court documents into computer system.
• Researching court sites for proper judgment documentation.
• Auditing peer work and providing feedback

Individuals at all levels within the business are required to:
• Adhere to proper physical and logical security policies to ensure confidentiality of consumer, client and company data.
• Address consumer requests and concerns in a timely manner.
• Ensure client privacy and compliance protocols within the organization to ensure compliance with all state and federal guidelines.
• Notify management of any process which they are not comfortable in handling based on experience or expertise.
• Quickly escalate issues to management to ensure proper notification and mitigation.

Essential Job Functions % of Time for Each Function
List at least five major functional areas of responsibility (such as Personnel Management, Analysis/Reporting, Project Work, Customer Service, Budgetary Responsibilities, etc.). Within each function, specify more basic tasks that compose the function.
1. Project Work/Management: Incumbent will be assigned various projects representing the cross section of the verification team. This requires incumbent to have self- directed task management skills, as well as promote open communication and team work within the organization.
2. Customer Servicer (Internal/External): Incumbent will be assigned one key leader for this position however the position requires matrix project management. Incumbent must be aware of internal and client changes which require flexibility.
3. Analysis: Incumbent will be required to analyze data and interpret exceptions, trends, and perform other duties as assigned.
4. General Operational Support: Incumbent will be assigned key functional support areas however will also work on additional projects or work as assigned and based on business needs.  
Verification: 30%
• Requires sustained attention to detail over large periods of time.
• Review accounts placed with the business and enter information into data entry fields provided in the system.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, internal data sources, and third party websites to ensure accuracy of records and consumer data.
• Update and manage validation worksheets to communicate exceptions and validation confirmations to management team, strictly adhering to an outlined template.
 • Conduct work processes within scope as outlined by management team.
• Review work product for accuracy of others: cross check against set standards.


Auditing: 70%
• Requires sustained attention to detail over large periods of time.
• Review accounts placed for accuracy of records; correcting existing data and researching new information as needed.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, internal data sources, and third party websites to ensure accuracy of records and consumer data.
• Update and manage validation worksheets to communicate exceptions and validation confirmations to management team, strictly adhering to an outlined template.
• Conduct work processes within scope as outlined by management team.
