Job Summary and Scope of Responsibility:
Lead, manage, and execute end-to-end development, deployment, and communication of Marketing programs for assigned internal clients. Accountable for supporting Manager in meeting the LOB business goals and objectives.
Essential Functions:
  • Support the manager in the annual marketing planning process to help meet client business goals and objectives
  • Lead campaign development for assigned programs under manager's guidance
  • Work collaboratively with clients and other stake-holders to find win-win solutions in a matrixed environment
  • Develop strategic and tactical plans to meet said business goals and objectives by understanding the target B2B and B2C segments
  • Provide relevant and actionable input to creative teams for creation of materials that resonate with the targets
  • Collaborate with internal partners as needed to get the plans executed
  • Establish and monitor success metrics (KPIs) for programs, continually monitor and assess their effectiveness and pivot as needed
  • Manage program budgets and ensure budget processes are followed for assigned Cost Center
  • Communicate program objectives, budgets and results with client partners.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or related fields
  • Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in marketing including strategic planning, project management, integrated marketing, and advertising account management
  • Experience marketing consumer facing hi-tech or connected products or  solutions
  • Experience bringing new products to market from concept to commercialization
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Ability to take ambiguous projects and situations and create order
  • Experience managing vendors and agencies
  • Business mindset and orientation, understanding of ROI, budget management
  • Ability to efficiently communicate to all levels of organization or outside partners.
  • Ability to work effectively in a Matrix environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 10-15% of time
