For my client, the Citrix Infrastructure is a core application that supports and runs development tools that directly impact our customer experience. Citrix is leveraged across the company to build code and support our tools for recommendations and more.

We run tens of thousands of jobs and processes hundreds of billions of events each day and provide a reliable platform for our officers and Servicing teams to gain product and consumer insights. With this role, you will be driving operational excellence for Citrix infrastructure.

Specifically, you will:
  • Support & monitor our Citrix Platform production pipelines and jobs.
  • Share the on-call rotation with rest of our Enterprise System team to ensure smooth running of applications and Infrastructure tools.
  • Build automation and develop internal tools to productize and support Citrix.
  • Update and commit to our Citrix environment to improve its functionality and fix bugs.
  • Troubleshoot and triage production issues and categorize and analyze various job and platform failures.
About you:

  • You enjoy building reliable infrastructure to turn big data into insights.
  • You thrive on working in a fast-paced, evolving, growing, dynamic environment.
  • 5+ years of relevant Citrix development/operations experience.
  • Successful track record of providing production support mid-tier Citrix systems.
  • Experience with Xendesktop, application layering design, and License server.
  • Experience with NetScaler is a big plus.
  • A Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
