Responsible for the successful execution of a complex program to implement the client's Digital Workplace Program.  The initial focus of the ADW program is the deployment and adoption of Microsoft's Office 365 as the client's cloud office productivity suite, beginning with email, SharePoint and OneDrive and including additional service based on coordinated business requirements..  This involves all facets of project leadership and delivery, including:  planning, delivery (process, issue, risk and change management), relationship management, team leadership, and governance compliance. Partner with business lead, workstream leads and key stakeholders to confirm project success criteria, leverage resources, manage change and mitigate/ manage project risk throughout project life cycle.  Create and manage holistic program plan and schedule to align technical, process, data and organizational change management work.  Partner with project lead in managing external solution integrator. 
75% Project Management and Delivery
  • Lead all aspects of the project life cycle, working with team members, project sponsor/key stakeholders, to oversee all phases of project completion.
  • Manage overall project health and project visibility in alignment with organization's goals.
  • Establish key project relationships with work stream leads and sponsors.
  • Responsible managing project work plan, project health, and integration across project work streams, negotiating and facilitating changes as necessary for the client.
  • Facilitate coordination of all operational checkpoint activities and requirements throughout the project lifecycle with project sponsor and project team.
  • Assess, monitor and mitigate/resolve priority project issues and risks as they are encountered (i.e., execution risk, business risk, technology risk and people risk), escalating issues appropriately and tracking resolution.
  • Develop and facilitate communication plan implementation to actively engage all stakeholders (those leading and impacted by project results) and maintain visible strategic alignment
  • Ensure key metrics for readiness (technical, data, OCM and support) are identified, tracked and communicated and gauged for overall deployment readiness
15%   Governance Compliance
  • Along with team lead, responsible for leading the project governance forums including content, accuracy of status reporting, visibility of issues and risks.
  • Ensure accountability across work streams and resources is clear and manageable
  • Must maintain compliance with all required the client's policy and procedures
  • Hold 3rd party system integration accountable for milestones, deliverables and accurate status. 
  • Connect project messaging and reporting to relevant strategic business initiatives and Enterprise strategy
  • Represent project at required project governance forums.
  • Lead project in compliance with standards, governance and reporting requirements
10% Team  Leadership and  Professional Relationship Management
  • Anticipate and escalate to appropriate managers any performance gaps quickly to keep project on track

  • Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of related experience
  • Prior experience in rolling out Office 365 on an Enterprise scale
  • Strong project management background
  • Experience successfully planning and managing highly complex and large scale enterprise based programs/projects
  • Depth and proven track record in specialized area required  
  • Strong leadership competence, with proven skills in managing change, critical thinking/reasoning
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence
  • Proven communication skills; both written and verbal with technical and non-technical staff and all levels of management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Visio
  • Prior management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, operations, finance, etc.
  • Experience in Innotas,  Microsoft Project Server,  SharePoint or similar PPM tool
  • Experience in working in a pharmaceutical or other regulated industry
