My direct client has an immediate need for a Help Desk Analyst.

Location: Conshohocken, PA
Duration: 6+ Months

Start Date: ASAP

This role will involve primary support of employees at our Conshohocken office as well as some remote telecommuting employees. As a Desktop Support Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and triage work started by our Global Service Desk. You will also help our employees with walk-up and instant-help questions. Good customer communication skills are a must, both verbal and written.

Candidate should be comfortable with:
  • Imaging PC's and MAC's. (Working knowledge of SCCM)
  • A basic knowledge of Active Directory Users and Computers
  • Enterprise Chat Clients (Lync, Communicator, Skype for Business)
  • End-User/Client facing configuration of Office 365
  • Support Triage steps to determine User, PC, Network, or Application problems
  • Monitoring/updating/managing a ticket queue with the goal of providing timely updates to clients
  • Network printer installation/troubleshooting
  • Supporting Enterprise Mobility Management platform on corporate and personally owned mobile devices
  • Supporting mobile hardware (iPad, iPhone, Android) and mobile software (e.g. Airwatch, Boxer)
  • Management and tracking of inventory through the full Asset Management Life Cycle
  • Providing support across all channels including chat, email, phone, video, in-person, etc. (the amount of time dedicated to each varies by location)
  • Acting as 'Smart Hands' support for our L3 technical teams, which may occasionally occur outside of normal business hours
Preferred Candidates will demonstrate:

  • Real world experience (at least 2 + years) supporting Mac and Windows OS environments
  • Outstanding customer service skills
