The Director of Data & Analytics takes a 360-degree view of metrics and how they relate to each individual department within the agency.
He/She brings a holistic approach to business marketing, applying data-driven analytics to improve our communication strategy, while keeping the end goals of the client in mind. Beyond just charts and graphs, the ideal candidate will possess experience in developing strategic business models to express and apply the real-world applications and benefits of the analysis.
The Director of Data & Analytics will work closely with account management, media, digital, strategic planning and creative teams to plan, execute and evaluate a broad range of strategic marketing initiatives and programs.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Lead new communication strategies and planning based on analytical findings and work into a fully integrated program
  • Oversee development of analytical plans including proper selection of methodologies, techniques, KPIs and metrics
  • Thought leader amongst the agency, constantly pushing the envelope and challenging both internal teams and clients to be educated when it comes to analytics and metrics
  • Collaborate with diverse agency and client personnel, and successfully handle multiple, varied client engagements at the same time
  • Consult and manage expectations of clients


Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience in the research, analytics, and/or measurement field
  • 3+ years experience working with brands in the advertising and/or marketing field
  • Experience working with various tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to show achieved results from past experience
  • Extremely strong presentation skills, especially to senior level C-Suite executives
  • Passionate about analytics and how it fits into an overall integrated marketing campaign
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • BA/BS in analytics, economics, business, marketing, advertising or related area (graduate degree is a plus)
