My direct client is hiring an Administrative Coordinator Provides administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Vice President of Marketing and the Vice President of Brand Strategy and Communications.

50% of this role will be doing budgeting- processing hundreds of invoices… MUST be good at this job. Like an invoice hawk with tracking, processing with accounts payable, deciphering invoices with the channel owners etc.

Job Description:
  • Actively manages calendar and works with external partners, internal clients or other stakeholders to schedule meeting as requested.
  • Reviews and approves department timesheets and expense reports
  • Schedules and organizes activities as requested such as meetings, catering, travel, conferences and other department activities.
  • Manages T&E's, including booking travel, monitoring reimbursements, receipt management, corporate credit card management. Includes emergency travel requests as needed off hours.
  • Performs desktop publishing and assists in developing visual presentations.
  • Handles incoming mail and calls.
  • Assists in one-off projects.
