Position Details:
  • The Business Process Analyst will work with business and functional teams to gather requirements, design quality solutions, and create business specifications
  • The Business Process Analyst will lead the functional responsibilities & process design, implementation and administrative operational support, depending on the stage of system lifecycle.
  • This position will develop and conduct testing for applications, document business processes, developing test scripts and user guide, conduct training of end users and resolve problems with CRM and PRM applications.
  • Collaborate with business users to identify opportunities to further utilize Salesforce.com to achieve business goals, new functionality, reports & dashboards
  • Identify stakeholders of the work effort, how they are impacted, and what their needs and roles are to effectively engage in the effort
  • Translate design specifications by co-working with both internal and external teams of developers and other functional analysts while ensuring all nuances of the requirements are understood and executed per requirements.
  • This person will work with stakeholders in the USA and gather requirements, make the design, and then work with the developer team.
  • Support users with day to day issues and be a front line support partner for issue resolution.
  • Oversee the USA-Canada-Latin America Salesforce administration
Top Must Have's:
  • 5+ years of BPA experience 
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce Administration
  • Bachelor degree in computer science, business administration, or related
  • Ability to communicate with Stakeholders.
  • Understand PM tools, experience with Managing medium to large projects. 
  • Experience with outlining process (project plan, testing plan, deliverable) 
  • Salesforce knowledge – they have to been able to manage several clients and gather requirements for those clients
  • Lead to Quote  - Quote to order  - order to cash Process knowledge 
Nice to Haves:
  • PMP Certification
  • Salesforce Certification
  • Advanced T-SQL Knowledge
  • International Experience would be a plus 
  • Marketo or comparable automation experience 
  • Speaks Mandarin
