My Top Tier Direct Client in Herndon VA Is hiring for a highly creative, Marketing Administrator to join there growing team. 

Job Title: Marketing Admin
Start Date: ASAP (Start 1/22) 
Duration: Contract

This position is responsible for the management and execution of a set of operational and administrative tasks

Essential Duties:

 
  • Provides administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Vice President of Marketing and the Vice President of Brand Strategy and Communications.
    • Actively manages calendar and works with external partners, internal clients or other stakeholders to schedule meeting as requested.
    • Reviews and approves department timesheets and expense reports
    • Schedules and organizes activities as requested such as meetings, catering, travel, conferences and other department activities.
    • Manages T&E’s, including booking travel, monitoringreimbursements, receipt management, corporate credit card management. Includes emergency travel requests as needed off hours.
    • May performs desktop publishing and assist in developing visual presentations.
    • Handles incoming mail and calls.
    • Assist in one-off projects.
  • Facilitate submission and tracking of legal contracts for review as requested
  • Request and process Purchase Orders as needed
  • Processes and reconciles all marketing invoices and any additional accounting documentation with accounts payable. Ensures invoices are accurately tracked and submits check requests as needed. 
  • Staffs Corporate reception desk as needed
  • Responsible for printer maintenance – order paper, toner, supplies, etc. Recycle used materials.
  • Assist with office supply orders, stock envelopes, letterhead, etc. 
  • Additional duties as needed
Experience Needed:
  • 1-3 years of experience working in a corporate environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects to timely and accurate completion.
  • Excellent proofreading skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated success in managing invoice reconciliation and processing
