Background:
My client is looking for a BA who has experience in the CRM/SAP world (SAP ECC SD okay too), specifically working on projects around this. They have 2 projects coming up and need 2 resources. They are integrating TDB (a CRM application w/ workday) and they need someone to write the functional designs and test it (requirements have already been gathered).

They will be integrating SAP CRM with the Payroll system. Currently they maintain contractual deals with Talent, for term & script deals with development. They put contracts in CRM and pay them out via Payroll (right now it is a manual process and they want to make it automated, so it integrates with workday). They have a Project Manager who will give all of the requirements to the BA to write these functional designs for interfaces. They will be writing test scripts that the system does what the needs to be down, in Work Flow. They need to ensure the fields show up in workflow, get saved in the backend table.

Requirements:
  • Provide expertise in solutioning CRM requirements
  • Produce FDS, Test Scripts, Test Execution, Defect Resolution, UAT and Training
  • Work closely with the business users to produce and review deliverables
  • Coordinate Change and Release Management for implementation
  • Provide status reports
  • Escalate risks and issues
  • SAP CRM skills – completed multiple end-to-end life cycles (requirement, design, build (incl. configuration), test, deploy and support)
  • Operates independently with minimal guidance
  • Ability to take a complex problem and break it down into manageable pieces
  • Ability to assign and manage work of onshore and offshore resources
  • Ability to organize and lead requirement and design workshops and UAT sessions with end users
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Ability to assimilate the holistic view as well the detailed dissection of the business processes
  • Process and tools (from both technical and functional aspect)
  • Visualize the future state and design and guide the change process from the current to future state
