My direct client has an immediate need for an Overnight Help Desk Analyst.

Title: Command Center Operator (entry-level)
Location: King of Prussia, PA
Duration: 6+ Month Contract
Salary: Open
Start Date: ASAP

  • Be a part of the technical staff and be responsible for all systems and applications
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, deploy, and maintain activities required to support large-scale high availability 24/7 production environments
  • Work closely with engineering, operations, release management, application developers, and production support teams
  • Ensure proper change management, event notification, and incident management procedures are followed
  • Find potential site issues and take initiative to address them in a timely fashion while in a 24/7 command center environment
  • Partner with supervisor on solving problems and leading them to resolutions
  • Perform troubleshooting of applications to diagnose problems
  • Experience or basic understanding of linux OS or linux environment
  • Have a background in monitoring systems
  • Familiar with coding and debugging

Nighttime shift - 4 10/HR days (wed-Saturday) 8PM-6AM - overtime availability
