The Sr. Marketing Technical Solutions Lead  role is focused on maximizing investments made in packaged and home-grown systems.  Using a combination of Google Tag Manager, Javascript, Visual Basic and other skills, this role picks up where development partners and corporate IT scope ends in addressing a wide variety of enhancement requests, troubleshooting concerns, and extending delivered solutions to enhance end-user experience and drive marketing outcomes and results. (We are looking for someone who would relish building a reputation for saving the day by coming up with unique ways to meet stakeholder needs and pushing the boundaries with corporate IT governance)
  • Effectively evaluate opportunities and concerns raised by key stakeholders, assess options, and recommend and execute solutions with urgency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to evolve usage data collection and web analytics strategies.
  • Apply knowledge of testing procedures and techniques as appropriate to ensure new issues are not created by solution deployments.
  • Coordinate multiple, parallel streams of work and competing priorities and manage stakeholders with tact and sensitivity.
  • Strong Communication Skills - Able to engage with customers and management 
  • 5+ years of experience in a role with heavy emphasis on technical leadership, problem solving, and self-reliance - ideally within online/digital marketing platform contexts.
  • Understanding of a variety of content management solutions is preferred.
  • AWS S3 (Simple Storage Service) hosting solution experience a plus.
  • 8+ years of web development
