What You'll Do
  • Design account structure for all campaigns on Google, Yahoo, Bing and other platforms for a variety of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Own daily management of accounts on Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing and other platforms for a variety of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of market strategies for Paid Search campaigns, including developing strategic roadmaps, test plans, and risk/benefit analysis; as well as analyzing results and developing actionable insights
  • Employ analytical reasoning, data analysis, and problem solving skills to effectively and efficiently manage campaigns.
  • Generate thoughtful recurring reports for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
  • Work closely with the other team members to meet goals.
  • Keep an ear to the ground and share industry news, digital marketing trends, industry tools, and internal cross-team key learnings.
About You
  • Bachelor's Degree -- marketing or business administration are preferred.
  • 2-3 years of Paid Search Engine Marketing (SEM) experience.
  • Passion for SEM and flawless day-to- day campaign execution
  • Possess comprehensive data-analysis and problem solving skills; able to draw conclusions and with guidance, you are able to devise strategic recommendations based on findings
