We are looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Specialist an emphasis in Paid Search Advertising to join our Corporate Marketing team.

Requirements:
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to build, manage and optimize paid search campaigns
  • Adept at reading and pulling reports from Google Analytics, Google Adwords and Bing Ads
  • Ability to apply new paid search tactics to existing campaigns
  • Staying current on advancement and changes to the paid search space
  • Attention to detail, analysis and interpretation of data
  • Track record of excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Demonstrated self-motivation, with the ability to prioritize responsibilities
  • Capable of self-starting, working independently with little guidance, and coordinating, ideating with a larger team
  • Ability to learn new software platforms and established marketing processes quickly
  • Competency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Adwords Editor and/or Bulk uploads
Preferred Experience, but NOT Required:
  • Maintaining and updating webpages using a Content Management System (CMS), such as WordPress and Sitecore
  • SEO research, reporting and analysis
  • SEO research tools (Moz, Screaming Frog, SEMrush)
  • Third-party PPC management platform (Acquisio, WordStream, Kenshoo)
  • Building emails and reports on campaigns within an email marketing or marketing automation platform (Silverpop, IBM Marketing Cloud, ExactTarget, MailChimp, Constant Contact)
  • Knowledge of real estate or homebuilder marketing
  • Managing projects and responsibilities using a project management system (Basecamp, Trello, Smartsheet)
  • Agency background or with experience with B2C business models
  • Google Analytics Certified
  • Google AdWords Certified
  • Basic knowledge of HTML
Minimum Requirements:
  • Education: College degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, Computer Science or related discipline (or comparable work experience)
  • 1 to 2 years' professional experience
