Sr. Producer's role is to ensure that all aspects of a program(s) are successfully delivered to the client. It is essential that the candidate for this position has the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Support of Client Management
    • Work with the Executive Business Lead (BL), provide the program proposals, Scopes of Work (SOW), Schedules, Financials and Staffing Plans as they relate to solutions.
    • Help to build and maintain effective Client relationships, ensuring that all Client's needs are heard, understood and addressed in a timely way.
    • Provide clear documentation regarding roles and responsibilities, scopes of work, budgets and project schedules.
  • ​Team Collaboration and Management
    • ​Work with the Director of Production, Creative Director and Executive Business Lead to manage the program process from creative through execution
    • Plan and participate in regular team meetings and manage communications between team members, ensuring all deadlines are met.
    • Review Client & internal production requests, identify opportunities to share/ leverage project resources and coordinate logistics.
    • Develop, communicate and manage program / event schedules and logistic planning
    • Manage resources; identify, participate in negotiation and secure external resources as needed.
  • ​Budget / Resource Management
    • ​Manage program budgets including a clear understanding of the margin analysis.
    • Develop and actively manage Vendor / Freelance relationships to ensure best available Talent / Resources.
    • Working with Production team and Accounts Receivable / Payable, maintain required schedule for billings, accruals, forecasting and reconciliations.
  • ​Creative Management
    • ​Participate in creative brainstorms with Business Lead and Creatives to generate ideas for Clients.
    • Work with the Creative Team to ensure that all fabrication and final builds are in line with the initial creative vision presented to the client.
    • Execute the integrity of the creative treatment in all deliverables.

Travel: 
  • 35% - 40% of the time 
  • Will include leaving NYC 
  • Will include leaving the country possibly
  • All travel is covered by the Agency
