Essential Functions:
The Product Manager is responsible for supporting the product development lifecycle, including market analysis, competitive analysis, M&P development and go to market strategies. The Product Manager will support the sustainability, enhancement
and growth of existing products. The functional responsibilities will include gathering technical and business requirements, discovery and creating and delivering presentations to customers for our client's full suite of products and solutions. The Product Manager is also responsible for providing technical product training to sales, customer support and operations.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have skill and experience in some or all of the following areas:
  • Performs customer discovery discussions to understand and document business needs and design requirements necessary for the formulation of optimal solutions.
  • Develop and grow technical knowledge base and Wholesale.in voice, IP, wifi, and data center services with specialization in Enterprise, Wireless
  • Pre-sales design and implementation expertise for service integration.
  • Responsible for growing strategic product sales and revenue through proactive engagement with customers and internal organizations.
  • Participates in strategic and tactical account product launch planning.
  • Follows industry technology and product trends through self-study and formal training and shares that knowledge with customers.
  • Provides technical training to internal organizations, including sales, sales support, provisioning and network operations.
  • Leads internal cross-functional teams to develop products or to obtain required approvals of non-standard designs for customers.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Performs customer discovery discussions to understand and document business needs and design requirements necessary for the formulation of optimal solutions.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or Telecommunications and/or 5-10 years of equivalent experience in sales engineering, sales, product management or provisioning.
  • Working knowledge of TDM and IP networks.
  • PMP Certification or related telecommunications certifications a plus, but not required.
  • Effective presentation, analytical, communications and customer relationship skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Access and Visio.
  • Ability to work autonomously on multiple projects and associated deliverables. Time management skills are a critical requirement.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License with satisfactory driving record.
