Executive Producer's role is to ensure that all aspects of a program(s) are successfully delivered to the client. It is essential that the candidate for this position has the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and must possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Travel to France will be required in June. Ability to speak French is a plus, not mandatory. 
Responsibilities and Duties:
Support of Client Management
  • Work with the Executive Business Lead (BL), provide the program proposals, Scopes of Work (SOW), Schedules, Financials and Staffing Plans as they relate to solutions.
  • Support the BL in client communications
  • Help to build and maintain effective Client relationships, ensuring that all Client's needs are heard, understood and addressed in a timely way.Provide clear documentation regarding roles and responsibilities, scopes of work, budgets and project schedules.
Team Collaboration and Management
  • Work with the Director of Production, Creative Director and Executive Business Lead to manage the program process from creative through execution using company processes and tools.
  • Plan and participate in regular team meetings and manage communications between team members, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Review Client & internal production requests, identify opportunities to share/ leverage project resources and coordinate logistics.
  • Develop, communicate and manage program / event schedules and logistic planning
  • Coach and oversee junior team members on execution of all individual job details
  • Develop talent of junior team by providing challenging assignments and ongoing constructive feedback.
  • Manage resources; identify, participate in negotiation and secure external resources as needed.
Budget / Resource Management
  • Manage program budgets including a clear understanding of the margin analysis.
  • Create and manage Client Budget Reconciliation reporting for various programs based on existing / approved templates
  • Manage / mitigate third party costs in collaboration with company Production team.
  • Working with Production team and Accounts Receivable / Payable, maintain required schedule for billings, accruals, forecasting and reconciliations.
  • Develop and actively manage Vendor / Freelance relationships to ensure best available Talent / Resources.

Creative Management
  • Participate in creative brainstorms with Business Lead and Creatives to generate ideas for Clients.
  • Continually look for innovative solutions and production methods.
  • Execute the integrity of the creative treatment in all deliverables.
  • Work with the Creative Team to ensure that all fabrication and final builds are in line with the initial creative vision presented to the client.
