The IT Manager is responsible for managing Mondo's entire IT department. The position will perform routine hardware and software testing, configurations, and installations. This position is also responsible for supporting and maintaining Mondo's networks and equipment. Another key component of this role will be the development, mentoring and training of the other IT employees. This position will report directly to the Director or Financial Planning & Analysis.

  • 5-8 years of IT support (2+ in management)
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Mentors other members of IT team to develop their knowledge and skill sets
  • Leads IT team in weekly meetings
  • Completes projects by coordinating team resources and
  • Expert knowledge of G-suite applications
  • Expert knowledge in support Windows and OSX environments
  • Experience with Cisco Meraki network equipment (setup and maintenance)
  • Strong desktop, network and office device troubleshooting skills
  • Able to demonstrate best practice in security and exercise high confidentiality
  • Experience implementing a device management software companywide
  • Oversees the maintenance of equipment nationwide
  • Oversees multiple ISP contracts per office nationwide – works to consolidate going forward
  • Resolves high-level tickets generated by the helpdesk ticketing system
  • Researches and recommends enhancements or new system licenses (Gmail, Backupify, Adobe, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Manages planning, design and resource allocation of IT infrastructure for any new offices opened
  • Travels to physically set up new/expanding offices including wiring, network, monitors, etc.
  • Regularly checks in with all offices to ensure optimal working environment for our Sales/Recruiting teams
  • Knowledge of United Communication System (preferred Shoretel & Mitel) a plus
  • Knowledge of SalesForce and softphone systems a plus
