This role is within Information Security and Risk Management (ISRM), responsible for assisting with the identification and management of confidential data (e.g., privacy, IP, etc.) including the assessment of controls, threats, and remediation of vulnerabilities. This position is involved in data protection strategies and technologies to prevent data loss including assisting in the development of security standards and policies, technical solution and design, data flows and integration methods, scalability and capacity planning. The person in this role will support the development and implementation of strategies to align information security with business objectives and goals, protecting the integrity, confidentiality and availability of data.
  • Assess threats and vulnerabilities regarding information assets and recommend the appropriate security controls and measures
  • Perform information security technical analysis, security design and implementation
  • Ensure adequacy and effectiveness of security controls; support security audits and remediation of findings
  • Participate in security planning and analyst activities
  • Work independently to conceive and develop solutions to problems and approaches to meet objectives
  • Collaborate with BTS teams to ensure security is incorporated in projects
  • Manages the activities and people associated with the project and the success of that project
  • Works with user to identify the user's need
  • Delivers quality systems solutions to business problems
  • Develops conceptual level requirements in the analysis phase
  • Supports the production environment proactively through tracking management activities
  • Responsible for the ongoing systems needs of the client/user community

  • Bachelors or Master's Degree in Business, Information Services, or Computer Science preferred; four to six years consulting experience preferred
  • Eight to twelve years' experience, including at least two years professional consulting and two years in program/project management
  • Possess CISSP certification (or similar) preferred and be knowledgeable of national and international regulatory compliances and frameworks such as ISO, SOX, BASEL II, EU DPD, HIPAA, and PCI DSS is desired.
  • Experience with GRC toolsets (Governance Risk and Compliance)
