Mondo's Finance team works out of its Boston office which is situated within a newly renovated loft space at 239 Causeway Street, desirably located within a block of North Station and the North End. We are looking for someone who is in search of an excellent growth opportunity in a fast growing company. This role will report to the Billing Manager, and will have an opportunity to grow professionally within the Finance team.

Job Description: The Billing Specialist position is mainly responsible for creating invoices and credit memos, issuing them to customers by all necessary means, and updating customer files and records. There will also be additional customer related analysis and projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES
● Issue weekly and monthly invoices to approximately 300 clients
● Issue monthly customer statements when is needed
● Reconcile time based billing on monthly basis when is needed
● Process credit memos
● Update the customer master file with contact information
● Enter invoices into customer invoicing portal
● Review sales contracts and confirm CRM system data validation
● Review and approve time sheets as necessary
● Grant access to users to the internal timesheet system
● Other projects as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS ● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or other related field with 0-­2 years of billing experience.
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel a must
● Previous experience with accounting systems preferred
● Previous experience with Google docs and gmail a plus
● Experience with SalesForce or FinancialForce a plus
● Must be detail oriented and organized in work
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
● Ability to meet assigned deadlines
● Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
