Location: Radnor, PA
Duration: 6+ Month Contract (possible hire)

Description
Responsible for administering company compensation programs. Evaluates and analyzes salary data, determines appropriate pay band, and participates in compensation surveys.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Owns the job family creation and job evaluation process for assigned functional areas. Assists HR Business Partners with the creations of job descriptions, pulls market data and evaluates internal equity analysis for assigned groups.
  • Evaluate and analyze salary data, administer company compensation programs, and utilize standard compensation concepts, best practices, and procedures.
  • Communicate and interpret compensation policies and procedures to establish a uniform understanding and application across the organization.
  • Coordinate the job evaluation process, ensuring completion of job descriptions, market analysis, and internal equity analysis. Reviews results with HR Business Partners, and Compensation VP as appropriate, and recommends salary level and band.
  • Work with the HR Business Partners to evaluate and audit positions within the organization to ensure consistent and equitable compliance across all levels, as well as competitive pay levels with relevant external markets.
  • Assists in the evaluation of methods of compensation and the design of compensation packages for various functional areas of the organization and levels of management.
  • Assists with the development and administration of corporation wide incentive plans.
  • Participates in salary surveys to facilitate market analysis. Evaluates and analyzes salary survey results making recommendations to ensure a competitive position in the market.
  • Assists in the administration of various global compensation programs.
Experience & Skills:
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to approach work with a process orientation, exercise good judgment and communicate effectively with all those employed by the organization.
  • Strong written and oral communication and interaction skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, and work independently and proactively
