Description
The Digital Marketing Manager has a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and is able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This position will work closely with the global marketing communications team, global segment managers, regional business/marketing managers supporting functional teams and industry partners to launch campaigns effectively.

Responsibilities:
· Market Research and Marketing
o Assist with production of marketing materials and literature
o Provide support for marketing events and exhibitions working closely with global marketing managers, segment managers and regional business managers as needed
o Contribute ideas for improving marketing standards and processes by introducing new ideas and best practices
· Marketing Communications
o Provide assistance in developing internet strategy and presence, improving search rankings, developing a social media strategy and improving visibility while enhancing SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
o Expand the digital marketing roadmap and marketing content working closely with global segment managers and the global marketing and communications team
o Design, build and maintain social media presence in key channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Google to ensure consistency in brand and message
o Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
o Identify trends and insights with recommendations to optimize spend and performance based on the insights
o Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
o Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
o Collaborate with internal teams to generate ideas for landing pages and optimize user experience
o Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
o Copy, edit, proofread and revise communication documents as needed
o Work with advertisers for timely and accurate submission, track performance as feasible
· Public Relations
o Manage and execute projects as assigned by the VP of Global Marketing Communications related to P.R. activities
o Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with employees, key customers, industry partners and vendors
o Confer with production and support personnel to produce or coordinate advertisements, campaigns and promotions
· Administrative
o Support with correspondence and scheduling
o Prepare power point presentations and Excel spreadsheets as needed
o Provide telephone support for the VP of Global Marketing Communications
o Order office supplies, manuals, market reports, etc.

Requirements:
· Bachelor of Science in Marketing or related field
· Minimum 5+ years of work experience
· Ability to lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution
· Experience with developing strategies to drive online company websites traffic and engagement, brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness and preference
· Direct experience with marketing engagement and public relations
· Generate data through SAP for Customer(s) and Product(s) reference in support of articles, promotions, trade bulletin and press releases
· Experience working with a global team in developing and executing customer engagement and marketing strategies
· Verse in the use of Power point and Excel software
· Strong written and verbal skills as well as time management, organizational and prioritization skills
