The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of the brand strategy working with the director of marketing and manager of marketing operations. This position is responsible for creating external brand awareness by promoting the company to key audiences. This role has primary responsibility for a variety of sales and marketing programs and events including comprehensive and detailed project management plans. 

  • Coordinate, design and distribution of internal & external marketing literature and materials
  • Manage, enhance and maintain the company website
  • Develop online strategy for corporate website, develop content and manage site through CMS; manage external web marketing agency and SEO program
  • Build and manage digital marketing campaigns using marketing automation software
  • Segment the database to create targeted communications for customers, prospects and leads
  • Code emails and website landing ; create email content using HTML and CSS as needed; ensure timeliness and quality of all deliverables
  • Serve as marketing lead and participate in cross-functional teams for product updates and new product development and management and execution of take to market programs
  • Act as the go to resource for field sales request of marketing assets, collateral, image files, logos, etch. 
  • Develop sales support materials focused on solution selling, oversee design & distribution of materials
  • Coordinate and execute product launch campaigns including internal and external sales and marketing support tools and collateral
  • Plan and manage tradeshows for the brand, which includes contracts, site inspection (as required) lead management etc. to ensure correct product messaging and literature take place at events and ROI analysis
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
  • 5+ year's relevant marketing experience in B2B marketing including campaign design, integrated marketing and demand and lead generation
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and tracking campaigns that generate and nurture leads and engage prospects in a complex B2B buying cycle
  • High level of skills using Eloqua or other marketing automation platform tool required
  • Event planning experience with contracts, site inspection, lead management and ROI analysis
  • Oracle/Eloqua and experience 
  • Knowledge / understanding of the web, including SEO, CMS, and related technologies, with the ability and desire to grow their technical skill set
  • Experience working with a content management site
  • Experience with graphic design, managing website and updating content with strong writing and editing skills
  • Familiarity with HTML a plus
  • Experience managing a brand and promoting its identity
  • Experience in project management
  • Able to travel up to 25% of the time
