Primary Purpose:
Conduct research, consolidate and analyze data to identify commercial
opportunities and threats. Collaborate with internal stakeholders from
Product Management, Sales, Market Research, Marketing and other areas
to evaluate the market. Support the development of market entry, pricing,
sales and marketing strategies and tactics. Enable continuous learning
from ad-hoc analyses, and ensure alignment across business units. This
individual will play an important role in the continued success and growth
of the Health Solutions business.


1. Lead all statistical analysis projects utilizing internal and external data sources.
Effectively communicate key performance indicators and progress toward goals. Work with
management to develop and implement new strategies that contribute to improved data
quality. Make recommendations to improve processes.

2. Synthesize and aggregate data sources to develop analyses that will be used to evaluate
market opportunities. Identify patterns, correlations, and inconsistencies among various data
points to prioritize market opportunities and threats. Maintain data on competitor pricing,
product and market trends on monthly basis.

3. Conduct various types of data research and analysis, including:
  • Research industry trends
  • Analyze internal and competitive products and performance
  • Feasibility analysis
  • Cost Analysis
4. Inform the sales and revenue forecasting process with recommendations gathered from
market insights. Effectively communicate insights and information to a broad group of
stakeholders through exceptional oral and written communication.

5. Analyze financial reports of publicly traded customers and competitors based on
management direction.

6. Support the implementation and integration of the CRM system with other internal
systems. Gather and consolidate sales data from databases.
