· This role will be responsible for building and owning the digital marketing roadmap, defining strategy, execution on multi-channel digital media campaigns and building out core technology and operating capabilities.
· Leading the Digital Marketing plan and Omni-channel marketing strategies that encompass paid, earned, owned, and shared activities.
· Managing a small but talented global team and the extension of relevant agency network to deliver global 'in market' digital marketing activity, in collaboration with web, brand and field marketing teams.
· Managing the digital marketing and media budget to drive a challenger marketing plan, suing channels and spend in the smartest way for biggest impact
· Driving innovative and integrated strategies across all owned media channels (integration across web, blogs, mobile/apps, social)
· Lead for evaluating and creating best in class ecosystem - all channels, technologies/tools, strategies for digital marketing, continuing to develop innovative ways to use appropriate mediums in line with our business goals and a targeted, challenger marketing approach
· Driving qualified traffic through various acquisition tactics including SEM, SEO, Email & Social Media
· Partner with internal and external teams to develop specific integrated digital media campaigns to drive brand awareness and create and maintain high levels of customer engagement.
· Ongoing performance measurement, ROI and KPIs across all digital marketing channels / Provide deep-dive analysis into specific KPIs to understand the underlying influences.
· Lead the team in capturing usage data and identifying trends over time.
· Must have previous experience of heading up an online/digital marketing team and a proven track record of success. (> 8-10 years' experience. Agency or client side)

  • Leader and creative, entrepreneurial thinker. Ability to continually improve and deliver.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategy and the overall digital landscape.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to synthesize large amounts of data and information into concise recommendations and action for the company.
  • Must have the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple streams/projects
  • Ability to analyses and make tradeoffs to optimize return on program investments.
  • Fosters a positive and effective working relationship with internal stakeholders as well as with external agencies, event partners and media channels.
  • Collaborative, excellent communicator, strategic thinker, with a track record of delivering.
