Our Client in Malvern, PA is looking to bring on a Marketing Manager!

Duration: 4 Month Contract to Hire
Location: Malvern, PA

As the RiskBlock Alliance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for growing industry awareness of the RiskBlock Alliance and driving membership growth through the collaborative development and implementation of Marketing strategies. This is a great role for a data-driven marketer with a technology-focused background who enjoys championing the success and growth of members.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Collaboratively define marketing approaches focused on brand awareness; membership recruitment and retention; as well as blockchain solution adoption
  • Build Go-To-Market plans for advancing RiskBlock membership and solution adoption.
  • Create comprehensive strategic marketing plans, including defined KPIs focused on enterprise business goals, defined personas, and supporting marketing mix; continually optimize plans based on data, including competitive insights
  • Continually monitor and report out on blockchain trends, events, news, insights and data to leverage in strategic marketing planning and optimization—this includes comprehensive competitive intelligence tracking
  • Strategically plan, test, implement and optimize compelling, innovative and integrated digital marketing and promotional campaigns
  • Develop a deep mastery of the customer journey obtaining insights into everything that helps drive membership and adoption, and education the organization on the journey
  • Critically apply insights to drive both strategic and tactical marketing decision-making
  • Actively track and measure results to improve activity and campaign performance, optimizing on an ongoing basis
  • Budget management and forecasting

  1. Closely coordinates activity with marketing counterparts and other Institute departments
  2. Serve on cross functional teams on an ongoing basis
Required Competencies
  1. Technical Knowledge: Clear understanding of advanced technologies and the impact on industries; ability to work with and understand how to apply unique technologies in business environments; digital marketing experience in the tech industry; experience with Marketing Automation and CRM systems; B2B marketing, data sources, marketing analysis; media buying experience; creative process management required; experience developing workflows and campaigns
  2. Collaboration: Ability to understand a high level vision and business goals; extremely detail-oriented, with clear and proven organizational skills; Strong listening skills and highly refined collaboration skills.
  3. Communication: Effective communication in written and verbal formats to various audiences
  4. Strategic Focus: Highly motivated, analytical, and business driven with proven ability to develop comprehensive marketing plans that accelerate market share and sales growth
  5. Decision Making: ROI focused analytical skills required to read/interpret marketing reports and make recommendations; demonstrate sharp, critical thinking and effective problem solving
  1. Project Management: Familiarity with Wrike Project Management software, a plus; familiarity with Adobe Analytics, a plus also; ability to develop budgets and budget forecasts

Education & Experience
  • Undergraduate degree required; MBA a plus
  • 3-5 years practical digital marketing experience; focus on technology marketing, specifically blockchain experience
  • Experience managing vendors
  • Experience with project management and marketing reporting
  • B2B and B2C experience required
