The primary focus of the Infrastructure Change Management Analyst is performing daily operations for Infrastructure Change Management. This role also works on Service Management projects that focus on increasing IT productivity, satisfaction, and simplification of controls.

· Audit all change requests to ensure they meet audit control points before implementation and after emergency situations to protect our production environment.
· Ensure all changes follow the documented Infrastructure Change Management process, presented at the Change Advisory Board for review/awareness/approval and closed as scheduled.
· Acts as scribe for the weekly Change Advisory Board meeting, takes roll call, publishes meeting minutes and action items.
· Monitor and process email received in the Infrastructure Change Management mailbox concerning questions, problems with process/tool and rescheduling of change request.
· Produce various reports to manage daily operations for Infrastructure Change Management.
· Provide Change Management training as needed to enforce the process.
· Analyze change records to detect any trends or problems and propose actions to rectify apparent weak areas in the process to the Change Manager.
· Perform internal projects that focus on increasing IT productivity, satisfaction, and simplification of controls as assigned by Change Manager.
· Test change management tool changes as needed.
· Participate in other ITSM process initiatives, Post Implementation Reviews, and process improvements reviews deemed necessary by the Change Manager.
· Backup the Infrastructure Change Manager as requested.
· Perform other audit and daily activities as requested by Infrastructure Change Manager.

· Self-motivation and drive for continuous improvement.
· Clear, authoritative, professional communication skills (written and oral).
· The ability to work with various Global IT cross-functional teams and Business to drive compliance with standards and approvals.
· Must be a team player and able to work with and through others.
· The ability to work outside normal business hours as needed.
· A degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems a plus.
· Experience in IT industry 1+ year.
· Experience in Change Management processes a plus.
· Experience with Service Now a plus.
· ITIL Foundation Certification a plus.
