  • Contribute to the application operations of a large enterprise company.
  • Global configuration and development of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technologies to provide the best IT solutions.
  • Designing, implementing, testing, deploying and maintaining solutions across our Salesforce instances, using Apex and Visualforce, and often leveraging HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other appropriate technologies.
  • Support projects, sometimes acting as Development Lead and liaison between our internal stakeholders and technical resources
  • Work with Project Management to develop and track project plans
  • Implement the solution by configuring business systems or by writing custom code, and performs testing and debugging of solution.
  • Complete necessary documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance of the solution
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Knowledge of core products, including features that can be activated and separately licensed products
  • Basic awareness of main off-the-shelf solutions and partner offerings to address typical gaps not covered by core salesforce functionality
  • Knowledge about different types of licenses, usage of as a platform, experience with setup of Chatter and other communities
  • Solid knowledge of SOQL + SOSL and experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, DBAmp or Jitterbit
  • Hands-on development, including debugging complex Apex code, workflow rules, flows/processes, Apex triggers and other areas of
  • Using source control and working with Data Loader, Workbench, IDE and ANT migration tools
  • 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 5+ years Salesforce Development experience
  • Certification in Salesforce Administration or Development
  • Advance development (DEV 501) certification is a plus
