WHAT WILL YOU DO? The role of Marketing Operations Manager exists at the intersection of marketing and sales, working cross functionally, pinpointing the processes that deliver maximum return on demand gen and sales endeavors. In this role, you will build, test, optimize, and report on all components of the lead funnel. Dig into all available data, using it to inform structural improvements, segmentation efforts, and overall campaign effectiveness. Working in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, execute and support marketing programs, driving us to continue along our trajectory of rapid growth. In addition, focus on marketing and sales alignment through operational developments: lead source, attribution modeling, automated feedback loops, automated nurture programs, etc.

Our successful Marketing Operations Manager will:
  • Support the execution, maintenance and continuous improvement of marketing programs, marketing automation, planning/budgeting and other technology platforms necessary to enable the marketing team to perform in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment;
  • Manage and optimize the lead generation funnel, responsible for increasing funnel conversion rates, and continually finding new ways to convert incoming leads;
  • Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of lead generation-related programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results;
  • Track, measure, analyze and improve ROI by channel and tactic to drive investment decisions and marketing effectiveness;
  • Lead the collection and aggregation of marketing budget and spend to ensure proper tracking and attribution of campaign dollars;
  • Design the key workflows inside of marketing automation engine and effectively manage marketing operations: via email, landing pages and lead flows and day-to-day management;
  • Define goals, objectives, segmentation and test parameters and analyze the ROI of campaigns by digging deep into the available data;
  • Develop executive-level summaries of marketing campaign performance and develop automated dashboards for regular monitoring;
  • Serve as the marketing team technology expert to train, create and document processes that improve the effectiveness of campaigns;
  • Build infrastructure needed to track KPIs and create better alignment between marketing, sales, and customer success including marketing / sales attribution, lead scoring, and lead management models to ensure optimal funnel conversion metrics.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
  • 5-7 years marketing/sales automation and database management;
  • Experience managing pipeline and funnel optimization;
  • Power user / deep understanding of Salesforce and Marketing Automation (e.g. HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo);
  • Must have a ready-to-build mindset. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the execution of marketing campaigns and measurement, such as building landing pages, email workflow, lead routing, and reporting experience;
  • Basic level of HTML editing skills;
  • Data and analytical mindset always looking for ways to scale efforts of the marketing and sales organization.
