  • Write and manage the creation process for cross, multi-offering communications including e-mails, events, descriptions, summaries, abstracts, website copy, brochures, presentations, social media posts, newsletters, blogs, etc. 
  • Coordinate content collection and creation with BU, creative, digital and content creation teams
  • Write all copy based on such input
  • Work with agency partners as required
  • Coordinate the process of creation, review, legal, posting and analytics? (as needed) for such materials
  • Focus on creative writing for customers, not on technical writing for scientific content creation (assist there as applicable)
  • Support the digital team on web content creation and regular updating?  E.g. Work with BUs to update pages, work in keywords, create descriptions of key content and initiatives for the site 
  • Coordinate key projects between BU teams as required (e.g. perhaps writing cross-oral content or multi-BU OTC content …)
  • Help coordinate marketing analytics and management reporting to ELT, SMLT, Client and marketing teams
  • Interface between marketing and other functions: recruiting, CSR, internal communications and IR as required
  • Support broader cross-BU or corporate initiatives like consultant program, CADDI, patient first, etc.
Ideal Candidate Profile
3-5+ years of marketing experience in B2B and life sciences.  Strong branding, writing and project management skills.  Strong collaboration, cross-functional and analytical skills.
