IT Support Tech Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on technical support of Windows based PCs, laptops, printers, and desktop applications at the Wilmington office
  • Support VoIP phone setups
  • Implement Active Directory changes (e.g. new users, groups)
  • Maintain on-site hardware inventories
  • Assist in resolving production outages
  • Support tech infrastructure projects as needed
  • Strictly adhere to change and problem management processes
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience solving technical problems at the desktop and application level
  • Proficiency in supporting Windows operating systems and Office 365
  • Proficiency in supporting desktop/laptop/mobile device hardware
  • Familiarity with scripting and process automation (e.g. PowerShell)
  • Familiarity with network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, FTP
  • Familiarity with telephony technologies
  • Familiarity with security technology including spam filters, anti-virus solutions, and data encryption
  • Familiarity with audio-visual technologies and video conferencing solutions
  • Ability to bend, squat, crawl or climb 20% of the time and lift 40 up to pounds
  • Reliable transportation to and from the office and a valid driver's license with no restrictions
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
