Description
Applicant will join small internal team as JavaScript (Node.js) developer, responsible for developing and maintaining new automation tests with Intern.js and BrowserStack.  As priorities shift, applicant's role may evolve to creating back-end jobs and assisting development team with improvements to eCommerce storefronts for client's 12 global eCommerce sites.  In-house (Niwot, CO) or telecommute acceptable.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain, cross-browser, cross-device automated tests
  • Building solid HTML/CSS, cross-browser, cross-device compatible pages
  • Developing and maintaining Demandware (now Salesforce Commerce Cloud) templates and pipelines
  • Troubleshooting bugs within a complex, global code base
  • Maintaining existing Crocs code and assets
  • Provide level of effort for all projects, as well as provide direction on scope and determine overall feasibility.
  • Create and document development specifications and work completed
  • Active participation through all phases of the development lifecycle
  • Provide status updates and communication on projects to eCommerce business users and other stakeholders.

  • 3+ years as a Web Developer/Engineer and/or QA (Automation) Engineer
  • Demonstrable experience writing automated testing
  • Mastery of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • BA in Computer Science or a related degree, or commensurate experience
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming practices
  • Fully proficient at using git and familiar with common branching methods
  • Experience developing responsive cross-browser/device web based solutions, understand design constraints, browser platforms and their differences
  • Self-directed able to work without supervision
  • Demonstrated flexibility and collaboration in fast-paced production environment
  • Ability to provide insight, thoughts and contribute feedback to the team on various projects from a technical perspective.
