 This position is designed as an temporary level technician position to service, build, perform preventative maintenance, assemble, test, and package floor replenishment assemblies ranging from simple subassemblies to full floor robotics operation, related to the operation of a robotics fleet.


  • Achieves expected productivity levels associated with assigned workload.
  • Assembles/Adjusts machines and/or subassemblies according to prints, specs, and/or relevant documentation. Perform the same for equipment operational applications/software.
  • Align, fit, or assemble update component parts using designated hand tools, power tools, fixtures, templates, or specialty tools assigned.
  • Perform regular performance maintenance checks and certify equipment operational performance.
  • Responsible for maintaining station inventory to ensure proper work flow production .
  • Completes technical training on new equipment as assigned.
  • Completes all required administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Complies with all company policies.
  • Interacts with the customer for the purpose of determining service needs on equipment and ensuring overall high level of customer satisfaction with the service performed.
  • Exhibits professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Maintains productive, professional relationship.
  • Maintains a positive demeanor and is a contributing team member. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications)
  • High School Graduate Degree or equivalent required
  • Technical/Mechanical Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 0 – 3 years of experience in a related industry
  • Mechanical or electronic assembly experience a plus but not required
  • Use of Electronic Technology — the ability to use a laptop or PC for email, word processing and work instruction software. Operate and maintain any work related process applications/software
  • Basics Mechanical Concepts – the ability to use and handle tools to perform mechanical assembly and adjustments. To understand instructions and concepts required for mechanical performance
  • Written Comprehension — the ability to read technical instructions, schematics and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
  • Selective Attention — the ability to concentrate on a task or repetitive process over a period of time without being distracted.
  • Quality Control Analysis — Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
  • Time Management — managing one's own time and contemplating and considering the time of others to effectively complete a task.
  • Inventory Management – the ability to manage parts and stock levels to perform daily requirements
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to access and manipulate various objects, tools, or controls.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts and is regularly exposed to vibration.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee must occasionally move objects up to 45 pounds and maneuver or move a cart up to 350 pounds.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to kneel or stand for prolonged periods of time. Frequent stooping, bending, squatting and kneeling are required to service equipment.
  • Requires Manual Dexterity — The ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.
  • Requires Finger Dexterity — The ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble small objects.
  • Working conditions regularly expose individuals to conditions that could result in minor cuts and frequent exposure to chemical solvents and cleaners.
  • The noise level in this work environment can reach levels requiring hearing protection.  All PPE and safety equipment is provided.
  • To meet safety requirements in this work environment safety goggles, shoes and other related items will be provided.
  • Shift work may be required.
