My client in the Healthcare Industry has an immediate need for a Social Media Manager.

Job Summary:
The Social Media Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's social media strategy across all brands and platforms. This role coordinates with Marketing, PR, outside agencies, and senior leadership to support the Network's mission. The position involves ensuring our social broadcasting is fully integrated with all other efforts across the Network's digital marketing strategy.

Qualifications:
  • Develop social media strategy that understand how social media can cross lines of business to further engage patients and consumers
  • Develop social media strategy to target specific populations when appropriate
  • Develop social media strategy that supports the organization being recognized by external organizations and agencies
  • Develop forward-thinking, engaging social media platforms, and manage presence in social networking sites including but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Vine, Blog, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Engage in conversations and answer questions posted on social media
  • Plan and implement social media campaigns including paid ad campaigns, by coordinating with existing digital agency
  • Manage day to day social media activities
  • Develop benchmark metrics to measure the results of social media programs
  • Develop a reporting process and format that can be provided on a monthly basis
  • Develop at least once/year positive "viral YouTube presence
  • Participate in educating management and employees about the organization's social media strategy
  • Continuously work with internal stakeholders, including leadership, Administrators and Physicians, about social media presence
  • Implement social media strategy that supports brand advocacy and a robust reputation for the Board and leadership/management team
  • Implement social media strategy that supports Community outreach
  • Implement social media strategy that educates the public about illness and disease become a primary hub for medical information
  • Post and comment on relevant blogs
  • Seed content into social networks
  • Work with the marketing team to create and upload videos
  • Analyze and evaluate social media campaigns and strategies and determine the effectiveness of supporting the overall health system strategic plan
  • Monitor trends in social media and manage the organization's social media presence in an innovative manner
  • Monitor the activities of competitors in social media
  • Monitor social space for brand and related topics and conversations
  • Work with other marketing branches to integrate different activities
  • Create and maintain a social media editorial calendar and posting schedule
  • Understand how the social media impacts search traffic
  • Manage change and adopt social media into the corporate culture
