Reporting to the Director, Digital Strategy, the Senior Digital Strategy Consultant will work across several client accounts and will partner with internal teams to formulate, recommend, and implement innovative and effective digital strategies and solutions. S/he will be key contributor to the creation of innovative and highly effective digital marketing strategies, communication plans, and integrated solutions.  Through a keen understanding of client business and insight of the target market(s), the Senior Digital Strategist will help shape and expand client strategy and tactical planning initiatives across the channels related to digital marketing. S/he must have experience working with large brands on multi-channel, global campaigns, and be well versed in social media, mobile programs, email communication plans, and web analytics tools.   

  • Develop digital strategy and targeted multi-channel marketing programs for clients that help them successfully build profitable, long-term relationships with their customers
  • Responsible for the successful development and management of digital and social media strategies for client brands
  • Research will include: Digital Landscape Analysis and Market Trends, Target Insights and Persona Analysis, Social Media Audit, and Competitive Overviews
  • Ensure all digital programs have clearly defined metrics to evaluate success and continuous, measurable improvement in client campaigns
  • Maintain subject matter expertise, and proactively and persuasively deliver timely guidance on digital trends impacting clients' business
  • Provide account teams with consistent, valuable and relevant guidance for strategic projects
  • SEM/ SEO
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's Degree a plus)
  • 6 – 10 years' relevant experience in digital strategy and/ or execution in a regulated environment, such as healthcare, financial services, etc.
  • Solid understanding of website development, SEO, SEM, social media, and mobile apps
  • Demonstrated and measurable experience planning, developing, and implementing a wide range of digital strategies
  • Ability to build strong relationships with client and agency team members
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas and technologies
  • The position requires the ability to multi-task, working across a number of brands simultaneously
