Job Description:
  • Executing tests, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Tracking, reporting and analyzing website analytics, pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives and campaigns
  • Working on campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
  • Provide in-field support to the regional Account Management team as subject matter expert on campaign insights.
Requirements:
  • Analytical - Synthesizes complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data; Designs work flows and procedures.
  • Understand online strategy and how this breaks down into multi-channel web marketing elements
  • Advanced knowledge of key analytics tools and the ability to set up advanced tracking/reporting mechanisms and capture key metrics
  • Monitor and Analyze web related data "across the board” together with key metrics
  • Understand how different elements of web strategy relate to, and complement, each other (e.g. organic seo, social media PPC) and create metrics to monitor/measure this
  • Real-time, daily and weekly campaign performance reporting. Presentation of key data and conclusions to management
  • Flexible Schedule (some weekend campaign monitoring might be required)
  • Balances team and individual responsibilities.
  • Proven SEM experience and managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • In-depth experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
  • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • BS/MS degree in Marketing or a quantitative, test-driven field
