Location: Norcross, Ga

To assist in hardware, software, application and desktop support.  The Network Support Analyst II will work directly with customers and internal support staff to resolve user issues both locally and remotely. They will also be the contact and escalation point for the Network Support Analyst I. 
  • Create, update and maintain tickets in Service Desk
  • Analyze issues, repair them, and/or escalate to the appropriate internal personnel
  • Consult with technical personnel to clarify issues, identify problems, and suggest changes
  • Research and expand on knowledge of toolsets and programming languages
  • Ensure tools and features work with base products
  • Evaluate COTS (Commercial off the shelf) products
  • Write or contribute to end user documentation
  • Occasional “pager duty” for 24x7 end user support as assigned.  This will be on a rotating schedule for all IT support staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor’s degree MIS or similar field or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience in using and supporting Microsoft Windows OS and Office Product Suite
  • Excellent analytical and math skills
  • Ability to work on a team as well as independently
