Position Description:
Program Manager will be working directly with the Program Owner and responsible for organizing, managing, and driving projects that align with the eCommerce program. We are looking for a strong leader, manager and team builder with excellent communication and problem-solving skills who can lead an integrated enterprise operation. Its important to have have a proven track record of leading a team of experienced project managers. The ideal Program Manager candidate will have a strong, comprehensive program / project management background working in a ecommerce environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide a holistic view of the overall program and its respective projects to the organization and all stakeholders
· Monitor change in project development scope across the program and ensure that development activities are aligned with program priorities
· Manage issues and risks, create mitigation plans, and escalate to appropriate stakeholders
· Support varying groups such as Project Managers, Architects, and Business Analysts in orchestrating the necessary activities to ensure project work is completed
· Represent the program to senior leadership during program, quality and operations reviews
· Maintain working knowledge of status of all eCommerce projects
· Coordinate and track all project related expenses including all hours, materials and services
· Provide weekly program status updates via the standard template
· Estimate amount of work, schedules, and resource requirements by asking questions, analyzing data, and challenging assumptions

Skills / Experience:
· 10+ years of program management or senior project management experience, and/or relevant consulting experience
· 4-year degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience in similar work
· Proven ability to meet project deadlines and work effectively within time constraints
· Demonstrated success leading multiple, concurrent development projects
· Ability to interface with people across multiple organizations, including executive staff
· Strong leadership skills with excellent communication, organizational and people skills, and the ability to work across all levels within the organization
· Anticipate issues or risks: assess, mitigate and manage accordingly
· Developing and reporting project status, test execution, issues, risks, and other aspects of project and program management
· A self-starter who has the ability and willingness to learn new material quickly and perform in a fast-paced environment.
