Reports To: Customer Insights Manager
Position Description: This role will gather, analyze, and aggregate company performance, market trends, customer information, VOC and competitive intelligence to allow management to make informed business decisions about current and future strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Gather quantitative and qualitative data through primary research, secondary research, and analysis of various internal and external sources
  • Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources and report relevant, actionable insights to multiple, cross-functional stakeholders
  • Develop attribution modeling for ROI analysis on marketing channels
  • Analyze marketing activity and campaign performance
  • Analyze Voice of the Customer (VOC) and survey data to identify actionable insights and projects
  • Monitor market trends and economic conditions to keep leadership informed
  • Conduct insight and trend analyses to determine opportunities to improve customer experience and loyalty
  • Build and maintain documented customer segment profiles
  • Build and maintain documented competitor profiles
  • Create standard and/or ad-hoc reports, and additional documents, as required
  • Participate in discussions to design and implement new business information solutions
  • Participate in special projects and other marketing activities as needed
Competency Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business, research, market intelligence, or analytics
  • Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and synthesize complex data into actionable information
  • Proven ability to perform, compile, and manage research
  • Ability to create easy-to-understand reports, charts, and graphs for multiple stakeholders
  • Collaborative business partner; Able to work cross-functionally
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and requires limited direction
  • Systemic thinker with attention for detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills, including use of PowerPoint
  • Expert proficiency in Access, Excel, SPSS and SQL
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to tell a story using data and analytics
