Our client is in immediate need of a Boston area based web project manager to lead the overall development of their enterprise level website scheduled to be launched in the mid-2018. The website project manager will be entrusted with all aspects of the process and has deep knowledge of new website design, development and deployment from beginning to end.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee and manage the construction of the company's new enterprise level website.
-Acting as the main client contact, coordinate and communicate with all internal and external stakeholder meetings, especially with the digital agency.
-Comanage schedules, work assignments, status reports, project budgets, scope of work, milestones, risk, change control.
-Identify opportunities and offer solutions for improvements
-Effectively communicate vision and expectations with management, peers, business partners and extended internal/external team members.
-Ideal candidate will have experience with Sitecore content management system
-Serve as an escalation point on projects to help solve problems and issues with internal and external team members.
-Continuously analyze the project to remove road blocks both internally and externally, especially with the digital agency developing and executing the strategy.
Qualifications:
-5+ years of project management experience for the development, design and deployment of new websites, preferably on the agency side.
-Proven track record as a project manager or medium to enterprise level web projects
-Ability to demonstrate completed web projects and explain your role in the process.
-Candidate must have excellent relationship, team management, communications, people and written skills.
-Have a solid understanding of new website development process, technologies, and solutions.

Must be located in the Boston area and have the ability to spend time at the client office, but will spend the majority of time working remotely.
Estimating 30-40 hours per week in a contract role and will report to senior management contacts.
