The Role:
Our Client is using Jira to set up a ticketing system for their helpdesk. The ideal candidate will be building the systems for it, and afterwards, Atlassian will handle all of the support. This person will need to be able to change fields, which is why they need the coding experience. They will need to get in the back end to work with workflow systems.
 
Must Haves:
  • Jira Support with workflow configuration and integration expertise
  • Java, Javascript, HTML Required
  • Experience with APIs
