Their award-winning platform integrates with any cloud, storage, device and business application to enable customers such as Red Bull, Home Depot, Fender and Bulova to optimize their collaboration environments through secure access, centralized control and unified visibility.

Position Description:
As a designer, you'll work closely with the Creative Director to refine and expand the brand. You'll work with stakeholders to create engaging campaigns, and carry these projects from concept to completion.
Specific Responsibilities will include:
  • Leads visual design throughout the entire marketing campaign lifecycle, from initial explorations through final design deliverables
  • Speaks visually in social media campaigns giving graphic support for landing pages, lead gen forms etc…
  • Have great understanding of and contribution to email and internet marketing channels, including rich media and video
  • Works closely with Brand and Marketing group to ensure delivery of best-in-class, brand nurturing visual design experiences.
  • Creates digital visual elements, including typography, layout, imagery, and iconography consistent with their brand - while pleasing our users.
  • Appreciates critical feedback (both giving and receiving) and seeks it out in reviews with peers, stakeholders and research. Really listens to the feedback and can balance multiple, sometimes conflicting, inputs when arriving at a final design. Contributes to the creation, adoption and improvement of their design patterns and guidelines and their consistent deployment across various medias.
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), HCI, CS, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated success as a visual designer working on various media project types and styles
  • An understanding of responsive design and ability to layout a web page is a must
  • Solid visual design expertise in typography, layout, color, and brand systems
  • Good understanding of the Adobe suite with emphasis on Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of powerpoint.
  • Must be self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project milestones and deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to show examples of work demonstrating design for web, print, presentations and trade shows.
  • This is a fast paced environment working on a lean creative team. You'll need to be able to work quickly, be organized and balance several projects at a time.
