Job Description:
We have an immediate need for a Director who would best describe themselves as a driven, solution-oriented, and experienced Digital Marketer who has a passion for all aspects of social media management and ROI driven digital advertising. This person should also understand the dynamics of marketing across a wide array of industries and have the desire to lead and coach a growing team. The major responsibilities for the role include:
  • Overseeing the social media strategy and social media management.
  • Overseeing all content creation and copy creation for digital and social content.
  • Experience managing a team of social media account managers.
  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to client websites via social media and social or PPC advertising.
  • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to digital campaigns.
  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • Managing the redesign of client websites via partner agency.
  • Working with partner agency on improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the client websites.
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
  • Review new technologies and keeping the agency at the forefront of developments in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or comparable experience.
  • Experience managing PPC, SEO, and Affiliate programs.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
  • Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.
  • Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.
  • A clear understanding of current trends in digital marketing & social media technologies
  • Untiring work ethic, including the ability to multitask
  • Common sense and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (open, friendly, patient, positive and supportive)
  • A willingness to try new things and fail in an effort to solve tough problems
