Requirements:
  • Management Analyst with Proposal Writer Experience
  • Secret Clearance
  • Can conduct technical interviews with staff and then turn the data from those interviews into proposal content.
  • Can compile requirements and documentation into proposals
  • Writing certification is a "nice to have "
  • Senior level person
