Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Formal Education
    • BS. Degree, preferably in a technical discipline (Computer Science) and/or equivalent experience.

    • Daily morning checks
      • Back-up status (log drive cleared)
      • DAG-Health
      • Message Queues Running
      • CAS CPU Monitor
        1. Debug/Investigate/Repair
  • Monitor mailbox database free-space
  • Manage –
    • Manage DAG Storage
  • Distribution Group – Creation/Administration/membership Corporate Standards
    • Review New Users All in Corpstandards
      1. Managed Folders/Alias/smtp/quotas
  • Manage user Quotas
  • Trouble Tickets
    1. Message Tracking – Discovery/Removal
    2. Outlook Issues
    3. Corporate ISP – BlackList/Whitelist/Users/Message Tracking
    4. Skype Issues
  • PowerShell Experience

  • Ability to work with team members to diagnose / correct issues.

  • Five + years of working experience.
