My direct client in Washinton, DC is hiring a Multimedia Facilitator for a permanent position.

Candidates must possess an active Secret Clearance.


You are responsible to perform on a daily basis any or all of the following tasks as directed by your Team Lead:
• Conference Room Scheduling - Facilitating the use of Command Conference Rooms and multimedia resources, maintaining a current, accurate accounting of reservations (MS Outlook, Meeting Room Manager, preferred)
• VTC/Multimedia Facilitation - Assisting users in the proper use of multimedia equipment (Cisco/Tandberg experienced preferred)

• Phone Monitoring - Facilitating conference room related service requests received from Users via telephone
• VIP/Special Event Support - Assisting users with event coordination activities such as Program/Agenda distribution, Microphone jockeying, etc.
• Troubleshooting - Identifying malfunctioning multimedia equipment and correcting the issue, engaging Multimedia Engineering support as necessary

Candidates with a Security+ CE are highly preferred. An ITIL v3 Foundation certification is a further plus.

Responsibilities:
You are responsible to report to work on time and remain on duty throughout your entire work schedule, updating your status via the muster board posted at the Project Manager's desk
You are responsible to record and report your time in accordance with stated Program Policy

Stay up- to date on any security enhancements need to protect NAVSEA systems
Provide excellent support to all other duties as assigned by management
Be punctual, starting work at your designated time; informing your lead of tardiness or absenteeism according to policy.
Fill out your timesheet accurately at the end of each shift worked.
Exhibit professionalism at all times.
Exercise the proper chain of command when discussing changes, new requirements or alterations to an exit contract.
Do not commit to any requirements without PM approval
